SERVICES WE DO NOT PROVIDE
ESCROW HANDLING
We do not handle escrow funds. Escrow management involves client trust accounts governed by strict legal and ethical standards, particularly in attorney states like Georgia. These responsibilities must remain with licensed attorneys or authorized agents. Our role is to provide administrative and paralegal support—not to assume fiduciary duties—ensuring clear boundaries, reduced liability, and professional integrity throughout the transaction.​​
LEGAL DOCUMENT REVIEW
We prepare real estate documents based on provided information with accuracy and administrative expertise. However, we do not offer legal review or interpretation. For legal guidance, please consult a licensed attorney. This clear division helps protect your transaction and maintain professional integrity.

Third-party costs—such as postage, e-recording fees, or charges for water statements, HOA letters, and payoffs—are billed separately. This ensures transparent pricing and allows you to manage outside expenses independently.

We communicate exclusively via email to ensure a secure, efficient, and well-documented workflow. Email provides a clear, traceable record that supports accountability, minimizes interruptions, and promotes consistency across all transactions. It also allows our team to work with focus and precision while meeting confidentiality and compliance standards. This approach helps us support your closings with clarity, reliability, and confidence.
LEGAL ADVICE OR EXPLANATIONS
We provide detailed reports and back-office support, but do not offer legal advice or interpretation. Our role is strictly administrative and paralegal, supporting attorneys and title professionals with document handling and coordination. WIRING INSTRUCTIONS
For security and compliance reasons, Innovative Title Solutions® does not send, confirm, or transmit wire instructions. Wire transfers should be handled directly by the licensed attorney or financial institution involved to ensure proper authorization and reduce the risk of fraud. Always verify instructions through a trusted, confirmed source.
