We are currently accepting applications from qualified title professionals with a proven track record and the ability to perform in-person courthouse searches throughout Georgia.
Examiner Requirements
Georgia Based
You must be physically located in Georgia. All title exams are conducted in person at the county courthouse or clerk’s office where the property is located.
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on Georgia title examination experience is required. Local knowledge and courthouse familiarity are key to our service quality.
Insurance
You must carry Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance with at least a $1,000,000 per claim limit.
Documentation
