Shanta Kirves
Shanta Kirves is the owner of Innovative Title Solutions and has led the company for the past four years, overseeing operations, client relationships, and the continued development of efficient title examination and settlement support services throughout Georgia.

With more than 20 years of experience in business operations and management and over 16 years of experience in the real estate industry as both a licensed Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Paralegal, Shanta brings a deep understanding of the real estate closing process and the operational systems that support it.
​
A key strength Shanta brings to Innovative Title Solutions is her ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical solutions that improve workflow and service delivery. Her focus on operational structure and process improvement helps ensure that attorneys, lenders, and settlement professionals receive reliable, accurate, and timely title support.

Shanta also believes strongly in long-term client relationships and consistent service. Her leadership approach is built around responsiveness, accountability, and maintaining the level of quality and communication that clients rely on when managing real estate transactions.

Under her leadership, Innovative Title Solutions continues to grow its network of experienced local Georgia title examiners and provide comprehensive support for the closing process, including pre-closing, closing, and post-closing assistance.

Sheila Chapman
Sheila Chapman is an experienced title examiner with almost three decades of experience researching property records and preparing detailed title reports for real estate transactions. Since 1998, she has worked extensively with attorneys and settlement professionals to review ownership history, recorded deeds, liens, easements, and other matters that may affect a property's title.

Her work involves in-depth research through county land records, court filings, and tax databases to ensure that title information is accurate and clearly documented. Sheila’s strong attention to detail and familiarity with Georgia real estate records allows her to identify potential title issues and help support smooth and efficient closings.
​
Through her careful research and consistent reliability, Sheila plays an important role in helping attorneys and lenders obtain the title information they need to move transactions forward with confidence.
Title Coordinator
Darlene Cash
Darlene Cash brings extensive experience in real estate transactions, title operations, and escrow management. Throughout her career, she has worked across a wide range of roles including real estate paralegal, escrow officer, title review specialist, and closing coordinator, supporting residential, commercial, and builder transactions in both Georgia and Florida.

Her background includes managing the entire closing process—from pre-closing due diligence and title review to document preparation, funding, disbursement, and post-closing compliance. Darlene is highly experienced in reviewing title commitments, coordinating with lenders and attorneys, resolving title issues, and ensuring that every transaction moves smoothly from contract to closing.

In addition to her closing expertise, Darlene has strong technical and organizational skills and is proficient with industry systems such as SoftPro, LandTech, RamQuest, and TurboClose. Her ability to manage complex files, streamline workflows, and communicate clearly with all parties involved makes her a valuable resource for attorneys, lenders, and settlement professionals.
Office Supervisor & Morale Manager
Astrid
Astrid serves as the unofficial Office Supervisor at Innovative Title Solutions. Known for her striking blue eyes and confident personality, she keeps a watchful eye on daily operations while ensuring the team maintains a healthy work-life balance.

When she’s not supervising keyboards or inspecting paperwork from the comfort of a desk or lap, Astrid focuses on her primary responsibilities—boosting morale, encouraging well-timed breaks, and reminding everyone that productivity improves with proper cat supervision.

Her calm presence and occasional demands for attention make her an essential part of the team culture.
Director of Operations
Kalyn Thomas
Kalyn Thomas serves as Director of Operations at Innovative Title Solutions, bringing more than a decade of experience as a residential real estate paralegal. Her background includes extensive work in pre-closing preparation, real estate closings, and disbursement for transactions throughout Georgia and Florida.

Kalyn’s hands-on experience in the closing process gives her a strong understanding of the details required to keep transactions organized, compliant, and moving efficiently. From coordinating documents before closing to managing the final disbursement of funds, she is skilled at supporting attorneys and settlement professionals through every stage of the transaction.

In her role as Director of Operations, Kalyn helps ensure that processes run smoothly behind the scenes, allowing the team to deliver reliable, timely support for real estate professionals handling closings across the region.
Senior Title Examiner
Diana Schwartz
Diana Schwartz brings more than four decades of experience in real estate title examinations and abstracting. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively with residential, commercial, and undeveloped property records, developing a deep understanding of title insurance requirements, lending practices, and real estate law.

Her experience includes researching property records across Georgia using the GSCCCA system as well as county tax, probate, superior court, and real estate record databases. Diana has traveled throughout the state conducting detailed title research and is highly skilled at uncovering ownership history and identifying potential title issues that may affect real estate transactions.
​
Over the course of her career, she has worked with numerous law firms, title companies, and abstracting services, bringing a wealth of practical knowledge to every title examination she completes. Her attention to detail and extensive industry experience help ensure accurate, reliable title reports that support smooth real estate closings for attorneys and settlement professionals.
Administrative Assistant
Angie Jarrard
Angie Jarrard serves as an Administrative Assistant, bringing an impressive 29 years of expertise in administration and accounts payable to the team. Over nearly three decades, Angie has developed a reputation for meticulous financial record-keeping and a deep understanding of office operations. Her extensive experience makes her a reliable cornerstone for vendor relations and internal efficiency.

Outside of the office, Angie stays active and enjoys the outdoors. Whether she is horseback riding, keeping up with her two teenage boys, or playing with her four Australian Shepherds, she brings the same energy and dedication to her family life as she does to her professional role.
Title Examiner / Paralegal
Christina Vice
Christina Vice is a seasoned real estate paralegal and closing professional with more than twenty-five years of experience supporting law firms and managing real estate transactions. Throughout her career, she has developed a reputation for being highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing complex closing files from contract to post-closing.

Christina brings extensive experience working in fast-paced real estate environments, where accuracy, communication, and reliability are essential. Her technical expertise includes SoftPro, Landtech, RamQuest, and Microsoft Office applications, allowing her to efficiently manage the many details involved in residential real estate closings.

Known for her strong customer-service skills and commitment to excellence, Christina works closely with attorneys, lenders, and clients to help ensure transactions move forward smoothly and efficiently.

Outside of work, Christina enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and making memories with her husband and their dog. She is also passionate about serving others and has a heart for helping the homeless in her community, reflecting her strong commitment to compassion and service.
